Post-Jam Tweaks

Hi-ya!

Now that #screammachine is over, and we can update I have pushed a few changes:

• Some optimization improvements
• Rain improvements
• Pacing has been modified

But we're not done yet, here's a few thing coming soon:

• Updated character models
• More animation
• More locations
• VR Support
• Extra Mayhem and Better AI
